Why We Built Realyst
I didn’t start in real estate as an agent.
I was a mortgage broker and moving company owner — working closely with agents every day, seeing how deals actually came together behind the scenes.
And over time, I started noticing something.
The Problem No One Talks About

the ones carefully analyzing deals, crafting strong offers, and building real strategies —
were the ones being penalized.
They were stuck at their desks.

Losing time they could have spent building relationships.

We decided information and strategy were time consuming and costly to produce. We built this tool around simplifying that to win more deals and improve quality.
