Most CMAs are pretty basic. Ours is robust. While we do the standard CMA report features - we go a step further. It doesn’t. The agent chooses. With our platform, our reporting functions allow the agent to have all the relevant facts and potential outcomes to outline why each offer should be chosen, but ultimately that’s up to the agent and client, based on how they want to approach the house.

Our negotiation coach helps test these insights against the other agent’s personality, market conditions, deal context and other things into tangible, defensible offers that are tested to optimize the likelihood of success, but the agent themselves must be the ones to pull the trigger and use their best professional judgment.
