Most CMAs are pretty basic. Ours is robust. While we do the standard CMA report features - we go a step further. We help you analyze if a property’s potential would be with renovations, what those are, how much they cost, how to position the property for specific buyers who would tour it, what should be done in staging to prepare the house, and how much that generates for the client in additional profit and time investment. We help arm the selling agent with all the facts necessary to have a great conversation - all done in 5 mins or less.

It doesn’t. The agent chooses. With our platform, our reporting functions allow the agent to have all the relevant facts and potential outcomes to outline why each offer should be chosen, but ultimately that’s up to the agent and client, based on how they want to approach the house.
Our negotiation coach helps test these insights against the other agent’s personality, market conditions, deal context and other things into tangible, defensible offers that are tested to optimize the likelihood of success, but the agent themselves must be the ones to pull the trigger and use their best professional judgment.
